When selling a previous property, I was told that aerial video, at that sale price, didn’t make sense.
That statement became the genesis of FlightAppeal.
High quality photography and video has been a mainstay of the industry for years, aerial video is an extension of that. I knew there had to be an affordable way to bring this technology to the mainstream. In the process, FlightAppeal became more than just an aerial video service, it became a marketing tool to benefit you, the realtor.
While aerial videos were accessible to some realtors, the use of the technology is generally limited to high end listings. We all know high quality images and videos have been proven to speed the sale of any property, but the expense of aerial videos didn’t fit the price point of much of the area real estate.
FlightAppeal was founded on the basic principles that service and innovation lead to success.
Our mission is to work with the real estate industry to provide a critical service to a portion of the market that has been priced out of this highly valuable marketing platform.
